Welcome to VGrowth. By accessing or using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

License Grant:

- The license duration depends on your subscription bundle (1 year, 2 years, or lifetime)
Restrictions:
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any course content
- You may not share your account or downloaded content with others
- You may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
- You may not use automated systems to access courses
- You may not remove any watermarks or proprietary notices
5. Offline Downloads and Encryption
- Downloaded content is encrypted and bound to your specific device
- You may download content only on authorized devices linked to your account
- Downloaded content remains subject to all terms and restrictions
- Attempting to decrypt, modify, or extract downloaded content is strictly prohibited
- We reserve the right to limit the number of devices on which content can be downloaded
6. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchases
- All payments are final and non-refundable (see Refund Policy)
7. Membership Bundles
VGrowth offers three membership tiers:
- Silver Bundle: 1-year access to all courses
- Gold Bundle: 2-year access with premium benefits
- Diamond Bundle: Lifetime access with exclusive benefits
Bundle benefits and inclusions are as described at the time of purchase.
8. Community Guidelines
When participating in our community features, you agree to:
- Treat other users with respect and courtesy
- Not post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Not spam or post promotional content
- Not share personal information of others
- Not engage in any form of harassment or bullying
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on VGrowth, including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by VGrowth or its licensors
- All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners
- You may not use any intellectual property without prior written consent
10. Certificates
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of courses
- Certificates are for recognition purposes and may not constitute professional accreditation
- We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraudulent means
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any defects will be corrected
- The courses will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- Results from using our courses will be accurate or reliable
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VGROWTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VGrowth, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
- Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
- Is fraudulent or deceptive
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
